Starting Restart in North Carolina’s traditional public schools

This week EducationNC partnered with WRAL to explore the origins of Restart — a program that offers recurring low-performing schools charter-like flexibility. In the video above, hear from some of the people who were there at the start of Restart, and take a trip inside some of the Restart schools.
